Event Registration is Fully Digital!!!

Your personal access to the FaB Foundry Events website is fundamental to your Calling Columbus experience!!!!!!

All registration will take place through your Personal Device at fabfoundryevents.com. Blue Shirt Staff will be on hand to help guide you through the process when needed.

We highly encourage you to arrive each day with a fully charged phone!

If you purchased a package, vouchers will be fully digital. (More details below)

Event Registration Deadline

Register for Events WELL IN ADVANCE of the 10 minute deadline.

A 15 minute warning will be announced over the P.A. before the start of each event. 

Events WILL disappear from the website 10 minutes before the start.

It is possible to lose access to an event during the checkout process.
We have to draw the line somewhere!

Avoid the uncertainty! Be Proactive! Register for your events EARLY!

Events will show up in your GeM profile under Upcoming Events within 1 minute of completing your purchase!

If you do not see an event in your profile that you can confirm you registered for, please see a Blue Shirt Staff Member at Registration

What are Digital Vouchers?

Digital vouchers are awarded with the purchase of the following packages:
(Players are allowed to purchase up to 1 Fabled and 1 Go Again package)

Calling Columbus: Fabled Event Package with Calling Entry
(1 Silver Voucher & 2 Bronze Vouchers)

Calling Columbus: Fabled Event Package with Battle Hardened Entry
(1 Silver Voucher & 2 Bronze Vouchers)

Calling Columbus: Go Again Event Package
(2 Silver Vouchers & 2 Bronze Vouchers)

A Bronze Voucher has the cash equivalent value of $20 USD.
A Silver Voucher has the cash equivalent value of $40 USD.

Vouchers are applied to your fabfoundryevents.com account after a Package Purchase.
Your vouchers are accessible through fabfoundryevents.com/pages/vouchers

Vouchers are redeemable on Side Events and/or Battle Hardened event entry! 
Vouchers are applied through the cart page before checkout!

If you are used to picking up physical vouchers in past Flesh and Blood events, please note we are not doing physical vouchers, they will be purely digital and must be accessed through fabfoundryevents.com.

Digital vouchers are automatically awarded to the account you purchased a package with. Make sure you are logged in to the same account when visiting fabfoundryevents.com, You can view your vouchers here.

How do I redeem my digital vouchers?

Make sure you are logged in to your account.
Add your chosen event/events to your cart. (Confirm your GeM Name and I.D)
Select the digital voucher your want to use. (You can find them at the bottom of your cart)
Finish the Check Out Process.

How can I transfer my digital vouchers?

You can find the option to transfer vouchers on the vouchers page
You can transfer vouchers between players by email or by generating a QR code. 
For best results both players should be logged into your fabfoundryevents.com account!

NOTE: If you initiate a transfer for a voucher, it cannot be redeemed until the transfer is completed OR the transfer is canceled!

I bought a package for me and my friend/kids, who gets the digital vouchers?

The account that made the purchase will get the vouchers from all packages purchased. The account owner is free to manage signups for their friends or kids, or transfer vouchers.
